Such great customer service! I walked in with a slightly unque-​sized print job (that other print shops had refused to do without even trying!) and these guys figured it out and got it done in just a few minutes! Dominic was INCREDIBLY helpful. Had a fantastic experience here and can’t recommend them enough!!!

I have had excellent experiences this past week at this UPS store. I needed some printing services and my first thought was to go to Kinkos across the street, but they were not helpful. I had a wedding program that CJ helped me with. I purchased the template on Etsy and had some difficulty with the formatting. He was familiar with problems that sometimes occur and helped me. He made sure I was satisfied by printing some examples for me to see, he programs were printed before they were even promised and they turned out great! I returned today and had a poster size seating chart printed. Greg helped me, and he too was pleasant and helpful. They printed it for me and I got it the same day. All the guys that work there are great. I would choose to go there for any printing job you have — AND their prices are more reasonable than the competition.

Worst UPS store ever. Do you want to pay $ 13.75 for a plain cardboard box that would cost $ 1.50 at any Office Depot? Then get insulted by the manager when you point out that it’s highway robbery? Then go here. Oh, and you still get to pay shipping on top of that.

I literally go and print stuff at this location just so I can talk to Sherman. Really friendly and helpful! Also, free parking!!! I used to always print at staples but they had an issue one time so I went to this location to get my prints done quickly. It’s a little out of my way bit of Sherman is working than its always worth it.

Avoid. Scammers. Don’t pay cash. The guys who work here during the day will up charge you on things saying its a store policy for labels or other print out so they can pocket the difference.
I suspected $ 3 per page was a lot for a print out. I sent my boyfriend in after with a credit card and they charged him the normal rate of like 30 cents per page. Be careful! Scam artists at work! I hope corporate finds out about this.

These guys rock. The bulk of my interaction with them is dropping of returns via Amazon prime. They staff is always friendly and acknowledge the patrons as they walk in. They seal the packages for me. It’s a fantastic system and I’m appreciative of their existence.

I have never posted a review on Unilocal,but it is my civic duty to warn unsuspecting customers about the poor customer service here. I was prepared to forgive the first employee on the grounds of youth, inexperience, or mediocre social skills — but when I called the manager over and discovered he was equally unprofessional, I cut my losses, exited the store, and went across the street to FedEx. FedEx easily took care of my request, which was a very simple one: please do not haphazardly shove my carefully folded items into a box that is *clearly* too small to accommodate them, or else let me pack it myself, which I am very happy to do. For the record, the UPS team at 3712 N. Broadway is exceptionally nice, and I will happily drive the extra distance to go there instead.

This store has become my favorite! The entire team, including the owner/​manager Bob are incredibly helpful and always get the job done on time. As a manager of a small local business, we use their services weekly, always done on time and in a professional manner.
If you need to use a shipping/​packaging/​shipping service in this neighborhood, Bob and his team are the absolute best.

I love this location! I go in and print stuff all the time! The staff is always really friendly and efficient! Mailing packages through them is, in my opinion, a whole lot cheaper and better than fed ex so I recommend them. The only downside is that they’re not open ²⁴⁄₇ but that really hasn’t been a problem for me!

I hope you don’t ever need to get fingerprinted, have an I9 notarized, and send an express envelope after 5 pm, but if you do, it would be difficult to find a more efficient and friendly group to do it than the crew at this UPS store. I ‘be had more difficulty buying stamps from the machine at my local PO!

Echoing the sentiment of some other reviews the store manager was antagonizing and unhelpful to the say the least. I was shipping golf clubs and had pre-​paid & printed my labels. I took my clubs in a soft case, thought, «maybe I’ll get a box just to be safe» and inquired how much for a box to throw my clubs into.
«That will be $ 48.»
No, no, no… I already paid for shipping, just need a box.
«That will be $ 21 for the box and $ 27 for a packaging fee»
WHAT?! I paid $ 15 for a box and «handling fee» at the UPS Store on Lincoln last year and my dad paid $ 7 for the same service in a nearby state.
«Do you want it or not sir? That’s what it costs us.»
No, I don’t want it. But let’s say I did want to pay $ 21 for a piece of cardboard can I put the clubs into the box myself and not pay you $ 27 to watch you put them in for me?
«Not in the store, you’d have to leave the store to do that.»
Obviously getting nowhere with these guys. Prices are exorbitant and staff is… not solutions oriented.

The staff here is unbelievably rude. The man that is always working there is the worst. I went in once and thought I was treated pretty badly, but I know everyone has an off day so I didn’t write a review. Went back again recently and was treated the same. Literally everyone in that store needs to be fired. I will never return. Ever.

Worst UPS store I have ever been to. Brought in my package intending to pay them to pack and ship. Response I got was «yeah, ummmm we can do that, but it’s not going out today».
So I asked to purchase the box and would do it myself and was told they can sell me a box, but I have to go out to my car and pack it.
Went to FedEx across the street, no problems there!

This UPS store is possibly the worst (I have no empirical data to back it up but I’m gonna go with the hunch here). I’m gonna go ahead and throw this out there. The staff has a (hate me job) problem. I came in with and unpacked item to have packed and shipped. The guy that was helping me asked me a bunch of questions were are none of his business.
Examples: was it sold on Ebay and what did I charge the person for shipping. How many bombs did I ship this year (satire)?
Then he basically talked me out of using them at all by saying «this is going to be very expensive so I’m not sure you want to send this UPS». I offered to pack it it and just use them for shipping, his response verbatim: «that’s not how this works». So I’m not sure how it works then because I have used ups to ship prepacked boxes about 100x.
This is not my first very negative experience with this store. The problem is THAT GUY. I tried to ship things a couple of other times with basically the same result. I dismissed the other times as maybe I had a bad day, maybe he had a bad day. I now know that everyday is a bad day when you go to this store. Do yourself a favor and go to USPS (yes I’m actually saying that) or the Fedex store half a block away. I will never ever ship UPS again.

I walked into this store after a very frustrating experience with the FedEx Kinkos down the street, and the guy behind the counter at this UPS store was very friendly, very helpful and very efficient. It was not what I expected based on my experience with other UPS stores, so I was pleasantly surprised. Apparently, UPS stores are all franchises with separate owners.
If that’s the case, this is the only UPS store I will patronize in the future. Street parking was easy (They have a 15 minute zone across the street that’s convenient) and I got my package shipped off without a hassle.
